At Eshalon, we aim for high quality in every piece. Please review our policy before purchasing:
1. All Sales Final
- Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns for size issues or buyer’s remorse.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase and photos of the defect are required.
- If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit.
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges are only accepted for defective products.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
