• Custom pieces take 4–7 business days to process before shipping.

2. Shipping Time & Rates

• Standard U.S. Shipping: 2–5 business days after processing.

• International Shipping: 7–14 business days, depending on destination.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

• Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.

4. Delays

• Eshalon is not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, customs, or other uncontrollable factors.

Eshalon Clothing Preorder Policy

At Eshalon Clothing, we offer exclusive preorder options on select items so you can secure your size and style before they officially release. Please review our preorder policy before purchasing:

1. Processing & Shipping Times

• Preorder items are made to order and may take 1–2 weeks to process and ship.
• Shipping estimates are provided at checkout, but please note these timelines may vary slightly due to production schedules or carrier delays.

2. Mixed Orders (Preorder + In-Stock)

• If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once the preorder item(s) are ready.
• To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

3. Payment

• Payment is collected at the time of purchase to reserve your preorder item.
• Preorders cannot be canceled once placed, as each piece is made specifically for you.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Preorder items are eligible for exchanges or store credit only, subject to our standard return policy.
• Refunds are not available on preorder purchases unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

5. Updates

• Customers will receive email updates regarding their preorder status, including shipping confirmation with tracking once the order is dispatched.
